4.5 Commitment Period: By subscribing to a plan with a commitment period, you agree to remain subscribed and fulfil all payments for the entire duration of the commitment period specified in your chosen plan.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area: We deliver to a specific number of postcodes in the Hunter Valley. To check if your address falls into these regions, simply fill out the shipping section of your shopping cart with at least one item in the cart. Don't forget you can always pick up from the market.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe provided on the weekend of your delivery. However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.3 Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

5.4 Risk: Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Refunds and Returns

6.1 Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of our Products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. We are also human and understand that sometimes things happen and will review this policy on a case-by-case basis.

6.2 Faulty or Damaged Products: If you receive Products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can (within 24 hours of delivery). We will do what is required to make it right and more often than not offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
