Looking for a delicious and healthy meal that’s easy to make but tastes sensational? Look no further. This is it!
We are constantly on the search for easy recipes that we can infuse with goodness and veggies for ourselves and the kids. This winter dish checks all the boxes and delivers the taste sensations we all expect from a home cooked meal from grandma, right at home😍
Osso Buco is a beautiful choice for this dish. The beef is beautiful and tender after slow cooking and the incredible infusion of bone marrow into the juices makes for a mouth watering experience 🤤. With all these crazy illnesses about, having marrow in the broth in so important for our health. Especially when you know where the beef comes from and are comfortable that it isn’t full of rubbish.
I typically don’t find myself wanting the same thing twice but this is one I don’t mind having again😋. Thank you to Teena for sharing grandmas recipe with us all. She knew how to make a good dish, Incredible.
Enjoy and let us know what you think!
