Some of our subscription boxes have a commitment period. For example, the Quarter of Quarter boxes have a commitment period of 4 Boxes to make your way through a quarter of beef. This way we can offer low prices to you for the bulk order, even though you arent receiving it all at once
We have a 7-day cancellation policy on your first box. If you don't like what we offer, we will happily cancel your subscription. You will only be charged for the first box with no hard feelings and thanks for trying.
You can put add-ons into your subscription boxes, like Liver, Carnivore Mince, Pies, Bones, Suet and Additional Steaks at a discount from retail prices. However, the base configurations of the boxes are set.
When you checkout, you will have a customer portal created. In this area, you can:

Yes, you can change your cadence at any time. Speed it up or slow it down. You can even pause the subscription when you go on holidays.
